Part swap for my BMW E46 323ci (2.5L) W reg with some cash your way too - I expect £1600 minimum for mine. body work is not in the best condition with scuffs and scratches. Has 82k on clocks. Had full service 2 months ago. MOT til June 2015. Tax is irrelevant now I guess...
