96-00 Civic coupe. Black or blue...?

Im on the lookout for a new car. Ideally wanting a Honda Civic Coupe, the 96-00 model. So something along the lines of an EJ6. The sohc non vtec model is fine, and probably preferred.

I am not looking for a VTi, so either an LSi, or SR. Either of the single cam engines.

Also to be extra picky, id ideally like it to be black first choice, or if not, blue.

I would like this to be a straight cash deal if possible, and im willing to travel.
