KX65, cr65 motocross bike or similar

Sit on sea/lake kayak see my swapz, also depending on condition I have a boardman hybrid road bike 11months old ish £500 pound new and a 3 year old corn snake 5.5ft long with a 3ft viv she is very friendly but I need to make room for my daughter as she needs a computer area.
