House land/building plot in spain

Description:

i would like to buy a house or land in Spain, would consider any part of spain ideally rural as it must have land large garden.

I already have NIE number and bank account in place.

The only problem is I don't have the money right away but have a lump sum coming next November so was thinking something along the lines of renting off you for a year then paying cash??
