Gaming pc for Xbox One or PS4

i have a gaming pc for swap

it is a hp with duel xenon running at 6.8ghz (3.4 ghz per processor) it has
windows 7 on but it is compatible with windows 8

it does have an extra fan on side just to be safe

it comes with external DVD writer
mad rat 3 gaming mouse as well as the mouse mat
*brand new ASUS H81M-C motherboard
*i7 920 *the reason these are not installed as i have not got round to
it

it can many games like battle field 3 have not checked 4
all the call of dutys

it also comes with the monitor
