Good condition for age (88/89) although it does have a few problems, none of which make the van un-useable. -
1) The break damper will need changing
2) The skylight in the shower-room has broken, it is sealed and does not leak. there is a guy line to support it (just to be on the safe side)
3) on the rear wall there has been some damp inside the cupboards. (it has all been sorted now)
4) The rear cupboard surround has flaking on it.
5) There is a wire on the rear of the van where the tail lights have been bridged over. guessing 1 wasn't working?
