Honda civic ej9 facelift

I want to swap/sell my Honda Civic ej9
Originally I had it as a project car but I just haven't got the time to do it.
The car is fully stripped at the back and I haven't got the plastics/seats anymore
One brand new tyre two are ok but one needs replacing soon
Comes with type r front seats
On 15" tsw alloys
One brand new tyre, two are okay and one needs replacing
Clean car although back bumper has a few scratches and a bit of rust on back arches.
Perfect car for someone who wants a project car themselves
It's nice to drive and just had a new clutch fitted
Has a uprated beaks bar and control arms
Mot until January
As you can see in the last photo the pipe has snapped from the cat which just needs replacing which should cost £20 for the pipe but just want a car i can have as a runaround so haven't got the time to fix it.
Slightly lowered and has a bigger exhaust on

Obviously you will have to come to me with the exhaust being broke so would have to be towed or trailered but i reckon you could make it to a garage anyway so they could put a new pipe on.

Try me, preferably would want a diesel but open to all offers
