been stood since 2003 i bought it in 2013 and put it back on the road ran it for over a year with a rebuilt 1.9 petrol engine and rebuilt box
did ok wasnt a race van wasnt great on fuel either but it was happy and buzzed along ok

its has 1000s in spares and repairs

its far from standard

runs very well goes to all the vw meets and shows
there isnt another like it on the road thats for sure
its my pride and joy
the back has been re- lined with marine ply
the crew cab had had the bathtub seats and seat belts fitted out of a scrapped d reg red doka the seats need recovering
also had the front bulk head from a single cab added to separate the front and rear seating areas with scoobie front seats do have all the standard seats and ect in my garage
ive upgraded the wheels to 315-60-15 rear super wide
and 215-55-16 fronts with american chevie c-10 modualr wheels machine to fit chrome and gold
its a standard 4 speed manual gearbox mated to a rover v8 3.5ltr engine whats fully rebuilt and painted up
never misses a beat runs like clock work
its a amazing van and if the right offer comes the next owner will be chuffed
