Aprilia MX 125 Full power

Here I have my mx 125 deristricted, has recently had new carbon look seat cover, heavy duty clutch plates an springs installed along with a new water pump, fresh oil and coolent, new chain and sprocket set 16/49 ratio (wheelie sprockets), still does 85+. Just had new rear brake light installed with a talking alarm system wired to indicators, has a pipercross air filter but still have standard air box if wanted, it has a security throttle housing that twists off/on, gianelli exhaust system and has been running on castrol 2 stroke and premium petrol, will also come with new side panel as right side is cracked, new front mudguard and set of monster energy hand guards.
Only problem there is is the jetting, I haven't got the time to mess about or take it to a shop to be sorted properly due to work, the problem is is that it seems to gurgle when the throttles wacked open but seems fine when pulled gradually.

I'm looking to swap for the same style of bike (enduro) preferably 2 stroke, will consider others or will sell for 1600 ono, no saft offers
