Live aboard boat and freehold mooring

I have for swap or sale a live aboard boat and its own freehold mooring. On the most stunning piece of the Medway it is directly opposite an area of outstanding national beauty.
Firstly the boat is an ex port of London patrol boat approximately 46 ft in length which up until last year my wife and I and our two sons lived .
The boat is currently going through refurbishment ( don't get me wrong) if you need to you could live on her now but we moved off to make it easier.

The hull is sound and with new anodes we are working on top top part of the boat at the moment cabin bedroom galley bathroom etc

The land is approximately 48 feet of riverfront that extends back over 200ft so it is roughly 1/4 of an acre.
