Last year we marked an important ‘double’ anniversary in the British coinage history – it was 350 years since the first-ever and 200 years since the last-ever guineas were struck.
In celebration of this important event, The London Mint Office is pleased to offer a limited edition History of the Guinea Eight Coin Set. Struck in .999 Fine Silver and to the highest possible quality (Proof), each of the eight coins is further accented in 24k gold.

These coins come beautifully presented in a wooden presentation case, and are all sealed in air-tight capsules. Commissioned by HM Queen Elizabeth II in 2013.
