toyota celica 1.8 vvti 140 bhp swap why

Celica 1.8 vvti has rear tinted windows, aftermarket airfilter, sounds great at higher revs, mot untill jan 25th 2015, had 2 adviseries on last mot and they have been rectified, so shouldnt need much if anything for next mot, i really like this car and it has served me well since i have owned it, it just sits a little to low for my preference, has 169 on the clock but has loads of service history to come with including original bill of sale, dont be put off by the mileage the engine sounds great and is chain driven (bulit to last) no tapping etc and starts first time everytime, has no knocks bangs either, if i dont get the right deal i will be keeping the car and i will re mot it, its never let me down, thanks for looking any questions please ask :)
