Fiat punto 1.2 category c

Hi I am selling my partner fiat punto 1.2 ltr.
Recently been In a road accident. The insurance company have written it of as category c. So would need a VIC check before being road safe again.
Only other issues are the handbrake works only when it wants to.
The gears work but it's difficult to put into reverse and 1st gear. Only occurred after the accident! The doors do not lock once again only happened due to the accident,
