this is my capri mk2 2.0 gt 1974
according to the dvla there are only 6 of this model left registered in the uk
will be featured in practical classics this month on the 26th, it is a 7 page feature
the car was stored for 20 years before i bought it, it has since been completely stripped to a bare shell, welded where nessasery, and resprayed to its original colour.
the car has had a huge amount spent and here are some of the new parts

complete new brake system, including master cylinder, calipers, slave cyliders, pads disks, brake pipes, braided flexi pipes,
completely stripped, rust and filler cut out, and new metal welded in properly, then respayed
new bosch battery
electronic ignition, distributer, leads, spark plugs, oil and filters, coil
complete set of blue silicone coolant hoses
new upgraded large core radiator
shock absorbers
steering rack, track rod ends, ball joints, wishbones, and steering joint
tyres, and exhaust,
completely polybushed front to back aven the exhaust hangers are matching poly bushes
carpet, headlining, pedal rubbers and vinyl roof
pressed aluminium number plates with correct period font
mirrors
door rubbers, window rubbers, and trims and window runners
most bolts and nuts were renewed as part of the resto
complete clutch kit inc bearing and cable
handbrake cables,
several electric items inc horn, reverse switch etc

the car always turns heads when im driving, and always gets great comments from people, its a great drive having had so many new components, it went straight through its mot, its obviously in good condition, and it drives great too.
there are a couple of small jobs that could do with doing, but between work commitments and moving house i never get chance to even drive it much now, they are the rear wash wipe and heated rear screen need connecting( i didnt do it as i tend to only drive it in the good weather), and the drivers seat although not too bad could do with a bit of trimming work, and it could do with a couple of interior lights refitting but i havent had chance to source any yet,
its only really for sale now as i am moving and am not sure if i will have a garage again, also i just dont get enough chance to drive it at the moment which is a big shame i may be on the lookout for a daily driver type car after this is sold ;)
obviously i have put in some of the photos from during the restoration, just to show how far the restoration went, there are lots of photos of the restoration that i can let go with the car the car is finished
car has only had 4 previous owners and done 93000 miles

I want to swap for

something interesting same value or lower plus cash my way

I am open to ALL SWAPZ
