Toshiba laptop for sale or swap

I have my laptop I baught in Aus for $2000. I just had a mate that is a wizard at laptops and computers up date it to windows 8 and put around £500 worth of stuff on it for me! It's hell of a good laptop and would still put most new ones to shame! I'm not to clever with laptops tbh and I can't really use the potential on this one so I'm thinking of selling it or swapping it make me an offer???
