2001 peugeot 307 spares or repair???

Description:

peugeot 307 2.0 hdi, had the timing belt changed my a neigbour but forgot to put the plastic casings back on ( well because i refused to pay him more then a garage lol) so left standing for 12 months i charged the battery but the car wont start + the window wipers and electric windows wont work so was told the b-s-i needs resetting? as it controlls the imobaliser aswell.. car has 3/4 flat tires where it has been standing but its a pretty clean car if you no what your doing i have the key but new v5 will need appling for. open to offers and swapz Thanks
