Here I have for sale my yamaha banshee, I have owned banshees for close to ten years now and this is one for two. The quad started life as a standard 2009 yamaha 350 banshee which I had big ideas for, it has had countless hours spent on it and serious amounts of money to match I believe it to be one of the most specc'd out banshees in the country and turns heads wherever it goes. The quad has had no expense spared in every aspect from servicing to styling the list of extras an work carried out is extensive and I will try to include as much as I can in my description although I'm sure I will have missed some. The banshee has had a nut & bolt rebuild from the ground up with every bearing and seal on the whole quad being changed. The engine was stripped down to the cases and overhauled also with new bearings and seals. I then turned to America to order a trinity stageIV racing power head as there are no UK stockists, 392cc big bore kit which I then had polished to match the trinity head, I then imported oversized wiseco pistons to fit and a vitos 4mm stroker crank, I sourced a low mileage RD350 transmission as it has wider gear ratios for road riding and higher top speed, Barnett clutch basket and a Tusk heavy duty clutch kit with pro drive lock out to help put the power down, FMF boost bottle to help combat any flat spots in rev range and Pyramid racing reeds. For the exhausts I chose Toomey T6 racing pipes & silencers that with some research I felt would compliment my riding style and modifications best, included with sale is a spare set of Paul Turner mid range pipes that I had fitted before the toomey's but they weren't for me. To help with cooling I fitted a oversized hi-flow radiator, high capacity water pump and silicone rad hoses. Chassis and handling was next and after owning many banshees in my time I set it to my riding style and needs with Elka front suspension and r6 rear shock set up for a 13st rider, Lonestar +2 rear axle, Rath Racing +2 A arms, Rath Racing sway bar to keep all 4 wheels on the ground when hard cornering, polished chrome steering stem, Renthal handle bars, wavey disc and new pads all round, braided brake lines and the parking brake removed. DWT chrome blaster wheels as they are smaller and in my opinion better for speed and handling on the road. As for the looks of the quad I wanted it to be original and something no one else had so I chose "The Joker" after contacting a few graphic design company's I found one that understood what I wanted a and set out to design a bespoke set of graphics which I am very proud of they were then professionally fitted to a complete set of stealth black Maier plastics which once again had to be imported from America as no where in the UK stocked them. When the quad was stripped the frame was took off to the powder coaters and a custom candy purple was mixed up, A arms and nerf bars were powder coated gloss black to contrast the frame. The engine casings are again from America and are CNC machined custom chrome with the yamaha tuning fork logo on clutch side, both cases have ballistic grade plastic windows on which is very trick when the engine is spinning. Polished inner engine cases, CNC chrome kickstart, chrome rear suspension linkage and chrome handle bar mounts. ASV unbreakable levers and gripper seat cover. There is undoubtedly some bits I have missed out but I'm sure you can understand the work that has gone into this banshee, since the rebuild it has only done around 13 hours unfortunately with work commitments I just haven't had the time to ride as much as I would like. Only ever ran on hi-octane fuel and putoline racing 2stroke has new plugs and filters with spares included in the sale. The U J09KER plate is not included in the sale but is available separately otherwise the quad will be on its original 09 plate. It really has wanted for nothing and I will be sad to see it go but needs must, I am not in a rush to sell and any silly offers will be ignored.
