Engine & running gear all fitted and running fine,
Z32SE engine, C25XE inlet & PN ECU
New waterpump, timing belt, vectra manifolds & downpipe
All new gaskets with metal rocker covers
F18CR gearbox with flat flywheel and XE clutch
Inner wing mounted air-filter, detachable front panel with cav V6 large rad & fans! Still running PAS relocated batter to the back.
Custom 2.5" straight through stainless fully heat-wrapped & scorpion twin backbox. Brand new petrol tank with 2.0 sport pump & new lines.
Full 5/stud conversion, cavalier V6 front & rear brakes, brand new handbrake cables & guide + rear brake pipes.
Non-ABS currently on steels but the tyres are too big.
Lowered approx 60mm
Full GSI conversion: front bumper (with widemouth)
Ph1 bonnet with vents. Custom ph1 GSI skirts extended & smoothed into bodywork. And a one-off GSI rear bumper made using 3 hatch bumpers. Smoothed tailgate panel. Brand new ph1 GSI mirrors
Reiger front grille.
GSI lightning trim, electric window conversion, custom ignition & starter panel.. Has oil temp + pressure gauges (just require senders)
Everything wired up properly & working right!
The van has had a full respray in glacier-white with a black roof
Work required:
Front & rear bumpers + bonnet vents need painted.
Smaller tyres/ wheels fitted, full flat & polish required (never done after paint)
I do have a set of very rare speedline allesio-4 5-stud alloys that can be included for extra (only have 2x tyres)
A lot of effort has gone into this so far, and won't take a lot to finish, I was planning on using it for track/strip only so no MOT, but I would guess it would pass without too much drama?
