Alarm is mint. Has a pager so if alarm is to go off the fob beeps to tell you and shows on display what's going on more or less. Can remote start but I disconnected 1 wire cause I made it a problem by leaving car in gear. 2 fobs and 2 flip keys. No door light problems they have been fixed so when door opens lights come on and it beeps if you leave lights on... Most golf's nowadays are broke.
