This is a striking vintage ring, finely crafted in solid 8k gold with a beautifully ornate filigree design. The ring is set with a memorial medal or coin celebrating the life of President John F Kennedy. This type of coin usually minted in 10k gold but there is no way to test it while it is set as a ring so we're selling it at an 8k price. This is a wonderful piece of President Kennedy memorabilia. The medal depicts JFK in profile on the obverse and the dates of his presidency, 1961-1963. The reverse bears the legend "Aureum Eternum Est", or Gold is Forever. The ring is hallmarked for 8k gold.
