Here we have my Peugeot 205 GTI 1.6

As everyone is aware, these are becoming quite a rare item now. Especially in Standard Form.

This is not the usual Track/Rally prepared 205 which has bucket seats and a Roll cage.

Its a 1989 model

The not so good points which all cars have :-(

I have no history with the car
Oil Seeping from somewhere (Its had crank seal G/box side replaced but not the fault)
Struggles to idle first time from really cold (Common) supposedly these cars require a tune up which solves all idle issues. When Warm it sits around the 1200rpm mark.


Overall its a great little car and it goes like stink considering its a 25 year old Peugeot 205 1.6!!!!!
I feel i have priced the car right for the faults it has.

The Previous owner said that a new clutch was fitted around 500 miles ago and a new timing belt was fitted 1500 miles ago. although i have no proof, the clutch does feel great.
