Large Static in Excellent Condition - offsite

Description:

The static is 16 years old but in very good condition and hardly used over the years. There is a good sized lounge area, a dining corner, fully fitted kitchen, loads of storage space, a bathroom with bath and shower, a twin room (can make a small double) and a main double bedroom with en-suite.

These same vans are for sale for £8750 from dealers (look at autotrader and westlancscaravans). We are looking for offers of around £3995.

Please note you would need to have the static taken somewhere, although storage might be able to be arranged for a short while. Looking at anything from a couple of hundred (local ish) to a thousand or so (other end of country) to transport elsewhere.

And there is a £500 + VAT disconnection fee to the site. Obviously if your swap is worth more than £3995 then we will be this if swap agreed.

The static needs to be moved before Christmas.
