SUZUKI SJ COIL SPRUNG PROJECT

Hi all, up for sale is my suzuki sj truck, ive had this for about 5 years. It was used for about a year i then took it off the road to totally rebuild it. Most of the major work has been carried out but unfortunately i dont have the time to finish so its up for sale.
Ive spent also of time and money on this truck having the complete chassis fully blasted, etch primed and then fully sealed using top quality sealer from innotec. The tub has also undergone alot of work with all the rust being cut out plated up etch primed and sealed same as chassis, also has been fully seam sealed to try and prevent it from rusting again.
The truck comes with the following:
Complete tub converted to pickup, complete chassis converted to coil suspension using landrover parts (samurai axels), full 6 point external cage, pro comp suspension, power steering setup, all steering bars, brakes,transfer box, snorkel system (home made), chequerplate for rear, all doors,bonnet,tailgate and removable fiberglass roof (all panels are good and rust free) also comes with all new poly bushes for suspension i.e shocks and arms, headlights,spot lights, brand new rear landrover lights + alot more
Basically you get pretty much a full truck converted to coils and pretty much rust free except engine,box,wheels and seats ( i do have seats for this that are up for sale separate)
Also it has good history with all the original owners handbooks inc wallet, original book and dealer stamp from pre delivery inspection (pdi) from the dealership that sold it back in 1990. has all old mot`s and paper work for most of the parts that has been bought for the truck over the years. even still has all the windows etched (even the headlights) with the original number plate.
All in all its a very good truck and with abit of time it will be a awesome truck when complete but regrettably i have to sell due to the fact i simply don't have the time at the moment to finish.

PLEASE NOTE! This is a project truck and still needs alot of work to put back together, most of the hard work cutting out, welding and resealing has been completed. I haven't really touched the top of the tub/shell as i put all the work into the chassis and underneath of the tub so that will need to be prepped and painted. Also if you see the pics of the axels the front axel will need its mounting point welding back on for the landrover radius arms. To be honest that was a part i wanted to change for a thicker gauge metal so its stronger. There is also a little triangle patch in the rear of the tub that needs welding, its been cut out ready just needs plating.

This will make a very good capable little truck once complete and im gutted i have to sell it after all the work, hours and money ive put into it. For the price im asking i think its very reasonable as you couldn't build this truck for what im selling it for.

Priced to sell at £1000 NO OFFERS SO DON'T EVEN ASK! You will not be able to build this truck for this money let alone buy all the stuff that comes with it so if you want it thats the price.

LAST TIME ITS BEING LISTED! If it doesn't sell this time i will build it up myself when i have the time and it will be a £2500+ truck so last time for someone to get something like this at a really cheap price that you cant get anywhere else.

If you look on ebay you will see absolute sheds full of rust going for this price. This needs No cutting out or welding as its all been done to a cost of £600 i then put very good expensive sealer (not your £5 stuff from you get at your local motor factors) The gun alone to apply this cost me £350 and the sealer came to about £300 so thats £900 cost without the cost of the high quality conversion to use landrover suspension then the full external cage, it comes with £150 worth of procomp suspension. If you know what you are on about with these trucks you will see this is a bargain and with a weeks work it could be up and running to how you want it at a fraction of the cost. All you will need to buy is the wheels,engine/box and some seats.
