hi and thanks for looking at my add for my iphone 4s 16gb unlocked the phone turns on and works as should but there is a fault with the backlight so the you cant see anything on the screen but you can if you shine a bright light under the screen the phone is not icloud or itunes locked and this can be proven the phone is in mint condition and just wanting to swap for somthing else cheer
