The cars a 1973 Mk 1 Shadow which in my opinion is one of the true classic models.

Bonkers low miles for the year! Averages at 3,560 miles a year!!!

The car is 41 years old so there are a few bits of rust coming through in the usual places.

I've pitched the price at a really sensible place as I know the car has so much potential and she just needs a bit of tlc,

The car is completely priced to sell and the private plate is included within the sale.
She's here to be sold and the first fair offer gets the car so I don't think for a second she'll be here for long.

There's plenty of paperwork with the car along with old mot's, tax discs and the service books.

I'm pretty sure the car probably had a vinyl roof originally and the paintwork on the rook isn't great but the car is supplied with plenty of paint to re-do the roof so it's not going to be a big issue and isn't a particularly big job, if she's having the roof done I'd probably have the other bits and pieces done at the same time as it's just a bit of extra labour and prep.

In the past month the car has had a new starter motor, plugs, points, rotor arm, distributor cap and leads.
The car starts and drives fine, I drove the car over 100 motorway miles last week and she didn't miss a beat.

The last owner had the car for 9 years and spent considerable money on the car but just didn't keep on top of things as well as would have been ideal, these cars need to be used and you can have so much fun with them.
The car will be a fabulous wedding car following some loving care.

The leather seats will come up lovely with some leather paint as the condition is actually very good for the age.

The previous owner had new rear arches, sills and rear valance fitted with all parts supplied by Flying Spares.

The car simply has the usual bits and pieces you expect from a car of this age but it's there and ready for some time and care to make her perfect again. I've tried to be as honest as possible.
