Computer *LOOK AT PICS*

We have had this computer for about 2 years it's in good condition. The only thing that is wrong with it is that in keeps coming up with this thing DNS server error! We don't know have to fix this so I want to swap it. It includes mouse,mouse mat and the computer. One more problem is that the sound is faulty we have got speakers but we don't know haw to fix the sound. *no computer table incl.* thank you for reading msg if you want more info.
