Vivacity 24 FT motor sailer (project)

24 ft vivacity on swinging mooring lake windermere, please note the new owner will need to move it or apply for a mooring on windermere. This vessel was swamped with bad weather at the begining of the year, and needs cleaning and some work. it has a yanmar gm10 the alternator and starter were removed for testing and can now be refitted. This engine ran perfectly and once the work is carried out will be a very reliable motor. It has a full sails, sea toilet, cooker etc new foam and covers needed for the upholstery. I am unable to get acrosss to windermere to carry out the work so it needs to go to some-one who can spend some time doing it up. It is a good sea boat, and has crossed the north sea several times. There is not a lot of money needing to be spent on this boat, mainly cleaning and drying out. The boat was swamped in January when bad weather damaged caused a great deal of damage to a number of vessels some sank. Please note this vessel has not been underwater and the there is no structural damage only rainwater and weather. I have a 4 HP suzuki on the boat with less than 20 hours running time which could be purchased through negotiation. The photos were taken just after the weather damage, on the pontoon at ferrynab then it was sailed onto its mooring at the south end of the klake where it is now. A good boat for some-one with a little time to spare. The succesful bidder will be responsible for applying for a new mooring or removing the vessel if he wishes to use it on the sea.
