Genuine Audi S3 8l Quattro 90000 miles lady owner. Tax and Test

Genuine s3 completely standard!
All running as it should
94000 miles (genuine)
Myself and previous owner both female so not been thrashed.
It has had all new brake discs, drop link and that's all it needed.
Does have one issue and that's the rear near side brake pad sticks a bit but that's nothing to worry about just squeaks every now and again but nothing loud.
I have lost the folder with the documents in so I have gone online to prove mot and tax.
Any questions feel free to ask. Please don't waste my time as this is a reluctant sale.
