this is my sons car & his 3rd gsi.
(i'm listing it for him).
originally it was my car for 4 years i paid £5k for it from performance cars in sandbach.
i then sold it to his cousin who had it for 18 months then my son bought it off him.
during all these years it has been absolutely pampered.
i put all the extras on:
19" snowflakes powdercoated gloss black.
(2 very small marks).
irmscher front grill.
irmscher front splitter.
irmscher rear spoiler.
irmscher door pillar kit (not stickers).
vxr rear exhaust diffuser.
twin scorpion back boxes (sounds fantastic!).
k&n induction kit.
gsi stainless sill plates.
de-badged boot.
plus all the usual gsi extras:
adaptive xenon headlamps.
auto dim rear view mirror.
auto wipers.
cruise control.
4 x electric windows.
electric/heated mirrors.
electric boot release.
remote central deadlocking (closes the windows too).
ice cold air con.
dual climate control.
fuel/distance computer.
switchable traction control.
original multi cd player/stereo works perfect.
steering wheel controls etc.
the car has 86k on it now (42k when i bought it).
it has a very comprehensive history file & every mot from new including the original magazine add when i bought it.
cambelt kit fitted + all the other belts along with anything else its needed over the years.
the wiper mechanism was replaced too (a common fail on vectras).
last serviced in jan this year along with new brakes & bushes etc.
very reliable car that never misses a beat he went upto york in it last weekend & scotland the weekend before returning over 35 m.p.g.
it averages approx 28 m.p.g. around town which is amazing considering the power & torque this car has.
my son lives in birmingham & the car can be viewed there.
the only reason for sale is he has started a new job as a courier & needs a diesel so he may be up for a deal.
