For sale is my beloved MK2 Golf GTI. Been a hell of a trip! Was purchased last June, since then it's had a hell of a lot of work carried out:

Front end respray (bonnet, scuttle, bumper, wings, doors)
Brand new depo bumper
Brand new front grille (genuine)
Underside rust free, welded and undersealed
All arches rolled, rears cut and welded
1.8 PB bottom end with 70k on it, work completed by DubForce in Petersfield, completely rebuilt G60 head with 268 Newman cam
Brand new clutch, only done about 1000 miles
MK3 Golf weighted shift rod for smoother changes
Kenwood headunit
MOMO Team 300mm steering wheel
MOMO gear knob and new gaiter
Brand new standard speakers too all round
Very clean early spec interior
1 year old genuine MK2 floor mats
Jetex exhaust system, best out there IMO

Reason for engine swap was because the original one died in Austria, Worthersee. After months of work finally got the funds to get her back on the road. All work completed by DubForce as previously mentioned, receipt to prove the recent conversion. Being a detailer I am pretty fussy so car will go through an entire enhancement before sale.

Car is used daily and the reason for sale is that I am after something bigger for my detailing business.

WHAT WILL BE DONE BEFORE SALE:
Front bumper needs straightening
Rear door cards awaiting wet vac before being put in
ECU cover needs to go in
Lower dash under steering column will be put in too
Tiny dent on rear and roof will be pulled out professionally

PLEASE NOTE, THE CAR WILL NOT BE OUT OF MY HANDS UNTIL VERY LATE NOVEMBER DUE TO INSURANCE RENEWEL. I am after a bigger car, and a TDI, still VAG. Passat, A4 that sort of stuff. But I am OPEN to anything, modified or not it doesn't bother me.
