1982 Gordon Stratowood Luthier made Electric Guitar

This is a Hand made Gordon Guitars UK prototype and I am just listing it to gauge the market. Originally made in 1982/3 by Kenn Gordon and recently refurbished. This is the original Prtotoype of the Gordon Stratowood and is made from Solid Zebra wood with a set Zebrawood Neck and Zebrwood fingerboard. The guitar has gone through a number of changes over the years and is currently back with Kenn Gordon. Kenn originally made this as a standard S/S/S but later turned it into a H/S/H using his own custom wound pickups. But Kenn has since been working with Josi Warman to design new looms and pickups systems for his guitars. This guitar will be fitted with a custom set up WarBlades at both ends and a Twin Loco in the middle. All 3 have series / parallel / coil cut switches and there's a push pull volume pot to reverse the phase on the mid position Twin Loco. Oh an there's one tone control for the neck pup and another that does both bridge and mid, each gave different value caps / tone machine or what :-) This is a serious players guitar and perfect for studio or live use .so to the price for this hand made guitar well as it is prototype with no plans for another to be created. This is a one off quality Guitar and this sort of quality is not matched by the big names nor can you find another guitar with these pickup options Gordon Guitars sell from £3000-£9,000 when new. This guitar is in near mint condition with no fret or fretboard wear and the machine heads along with the pickup are brand new, so £1500 I a snip for this Luthier made Guitar, may take px or trades.
