This is the amazing Oculus Rift - Virtual Reality Headset. It is the latest model dev kit 2. I imported this from the US. It is an amazing piece of kit but I get motion sickness in the real world and in the virtual world it is even worse!

It is really immersive, it is like being in the white room in the matrix movie. It is a fantastic effect just looking around. But demos like the roller coaster can make you feel pretty ill more than they do in real life for some reason.

There are quite a few games that work with it. But you need to know your PC pretty well as most games are designed for the DK1 and so you have to mess around with multiple monitor settings and make sure the game opens in the right monitor. It is a faff. The DK2 is very new, soon more games will be DK2 compatible and just work.

Not tried it, but DK2 is supposed to work well with alien isolation if you run a mod / patch on the game. Supposed to be amazing.
