s4 unlocked still under warranty

I have an unlocked s4 in black mist. It comes with box charger case and its always had a screen protector on so its in mint condition. Its about 6 months old so still under warranty. Its up and running 4g if you have a 4g sim card. Looking to ideally swap for a iphone 5c or 5s. I may ad cash also.
