M reg 1.4 rover with tow bar

Description:

M reg rover 1.4 in ok condition. Lacquer peeking off the roof, alloys, electric windows, central locking, part leather, would have been the top of the range when it was out.

No tax or mot, has sat on my drive since feb, has a tow bar fitted just want it gone ASAP.
