MR2 Roadster 2001

Description:

MR2 Roadster in Metallic Green rare optional extra, factory fitted bodykit, bought 3 months ago for summer but now just garaged. Mot til mid Feb 2015, one advisory regarding yellowing of lights.

Good overall condition but bare in mind car 13 years old, over last few months have done following:- tinted indicators, Zunn Sport rear black stainless steel engine cover, Zunn Sport rear grille, facelift side vents in black, facelift rear bumper inserts in black, MidShip front badge, debadged rear.

Car was serviced in June but Ive changed plugs and air filter within last few weeks. Doesnt seem to be burning oil (these engines are notorius for this) pre-cats are all in place and are perfect honeycomb so no break up, plugs werent oily, does have small oil leak on right hand side near timing chain (common fault) can be easily sorted with sealant.

Bad points:- very very small amount of rust starting to appear on bottom of both door skins (would be hard pressed to spot it) where door has rubbed on sideskirts, I have paint to sort out.

Only looking to get rid of as we have a Grand Vitara as main car which will be sold soon and we are replacing with either a Volvo C30 or Bmw 1 series, neither of which are big enough to get our two dogs in!!! so swap would have to be either an estate or something big enough to get a dog cage in.
