No mot or no tax since it's last mot it has done 3000 miles

It's done 140000 miles last mot shows 137000

New head was put on the car at Christmas with receipts of £1400
A month after the turbo went bang so I just parked the car up an haven't touched it since cause the car now owes me £5000 so it's up for sale or swaps

It's has red leather interior , it's a lovely car , an id love to get it fixed an have it back on the road but I'm not spending no more money onit , I've lost all my faith in the car so it must go
