Golf gti low milage

Golf gti 1.8 turbo, mot jan mileage 123000 very low for these cars nowadays, has had lowering springs, decat pipe, air filter, dump valve, just replaced radiator and wheel bearings, does have a few minor issues like central locking stopped working off the button, passenger window don't work and the dump valve is stuck open so it's losing boost but if it was changed back to standerd it would be fine, runs and drives mint just down on boost. Any inspection welcome for it I'm open to offeres on it bare in mind I'm not some boy racer I'm a family man and would ideally like a 5 door again, feel free to message me for more info if needed rhanks
