Giant Roam 2 swap for Cyclocross

Description:

Giant Roam 2 bought new july 2013 Medium frame (im 5ft 10 and it fits me well)
Hydrolic disc brakes
700c wheels
Giant bar ends with ergonomic hand grips
Bike has been well maintained but well used its in very good condition but does have the usual marks / cable frame wear that you would expect on a used bike
Please note that the rear rack does not come with the bike unless the bike you have to swap has a rear rack fitted
