really don't know where to start with this!! the car is a complete one off and can not be replicated!! everything has been hand made and customised to fit this car,, the car was built by a bmw engineer who spent countless hours building the car to what you see today. the car doesn't have a value as it is something that you really cant put a price on, just labour alone would come to thousands, I would estimate around 10k has gone into it including buying the car itself inc full respray etc..

the car is now a 1.8turbo charged beast which will destroy most cars!! it has a unique remote mounted turbo at the back of the car, which is charge cooled. the charge cooler is mounted in the spare wheel well alone with the air filter, so inlet temps are not affected by engine bay temps which allows for better cooling, the charge cooler is custom hand tig welded as is all the hard pipework around the car, everthing is totally hidden, ( the ultimate sleeper by far!!!) its still registered as a 1.4 cl and even if the police stopped to check why you are doing 150mph past an m3, even when you open the bonnet there is nothing to suspect a thing!! no air filter no turbo, no intercooler etc :-)

the car has had so much extensive work I really cant list everything, it would be much better to show the new buyer and go through everything.

here is a very brief run down to give you an idea-

1.8 20v turbo AYP cupra engine

ported head, custom large port intake, ported head, 4-2-1 stainless tubular manifold, td04 turbo, 76mm throttle body from a v8 range rover, tig welded solid charge cooler pipes,

running ms1 v3.0 megasquirt ecu with 25psi of boost, 7000rpm rev limit hard cut.

complete custom shallow flat sump 6mm so its bullet proof, 4 bar fuel pressure regulator, custom swirl pot, cupra fuel pump, plus bosch external fuel pump,, accuspark ignition leeds, new coil pack, open cone filter mugen lcd inlet temp monitor, cupra engine mounts, brand new cupra cv joints, 1x shortened.

brand new g60 solid flywheel, plus sachs friction disc and uprated pressure plate, proven by darkside developments, 320ft/tq

gearbox is a 2009 0j2 from a vw beetle with only 10k on it, crown gear pin has been welded in place and a taller ratio fith gear has been put in place,

the polo sits on coilover suspension and sits very low and rides hard like a road legal go cart !!!

custom tig welded exhaust looks amazing and is a one off,



bodywork is very clean and totally resprayed, rolled arches, looks amazing

banded wheels need balancing though!recaro front seats, mugen gear stick, cupra clocks, remote alarm with two fobs, rear seats, out at min! so everything looks normal, the car is completely stealth, no gauges or silly dials etc

and much much more, it has tax and mot, and ready to drive away,

the charge cooler needs two pipes placing which is very simple, I did a 4 hour drive non stop the other day with no problems,

And has still only got 1.4 brakes. so could really do with Bigger but still stops!!!!

this would benefit somebody mechanically minded as its not your average car as you can appreciate. fine tunning may be required but the car is set up and doesn't have any boost problem, idle is an issue for about 30 seconds from cold, all to do with the megasquirt, after that it idles fine.

the amount of money and time that has been put into this car is ridiculous and the asking price is peanuts considering,

the car is great fun and will beat st,s vxr,r m3,s and most cars to be honest so test pilots are not welcome and I will be driving for obvious reasons
