iPhone 4s 16GB Black (Unlocked)

I'm looking to swap my iPhone 4S 16GB for an iPod Touch.
The phone is in excellent condition throughout and you could mistake it for brand new. It comes complete with it's original box, user guides, wall charger plug, charge/sync lead, sim tray tool and unused earphones.
The phone has been reset to factory default and installed with IOS-8, which has been tested and running fine.

I'm after an iPod Touch 32GB 5th generation in excellent working condition just as my phone is. Will also have to have your original box, user guides and unused earphones. If the earphones are used, I'll ask that I swap for mine.
