106 1.6 gti logged as 1.1

Up for sale or swaps is my 106 gti logged as a 1.1, its got 4 months tax and 10 months mot. Some times the car runs fine other times it splutters, the engine was perfectly fine when I took it out the original car so it some thing stupid, the front legs have been changed to 4 stud the back is stil 3 stud.
