BMW 5 Series 525i Touring E39 Estate

Here is my BMW 5 series 525i Touring
This is a great car which is really a regrettable sale,
It has full leathers (not heated) in good overall condition no rips or tears
A/C
Remote central locking
Individual Climate control
Cruise Control
Electric windows front and back
Steering wheel controls for audio/volume and radio station
Full Service History from BMW
Genuine Tool kit still in the boot
Spare full size wheel
Original fire extinguisher under drivers seat
Original first aid kit under passenger seat
98, xxx genuine miles ( will go up slightly as still using)

Both interior and exterior are in great condition with the usual age related marks.
There's a small sign of rust on the inner arch at the rear but i've had it looked at and its nothing to worry about and you can't see it from looking at the car.

Bad points: (every car has them)
Could do with a new rear drivers side door seal
The 'boot open light' is constantly on due to a sensor (does not affect the way the car drives)
CD player in the boot broke so no longer has one, does have a cassette player in front though.
On early cold mornings the revs bounce while on idle (a friend says that it could be a possible air leak but it's not bothered me cos i know the car still drives faultlessly.

This really is a reluctant sale, will be starting a new job within a couple of weeks and going from full time wage to an apprentiship wage i can't afford to keep it due to insurance costs for me.

EDIT:
Had a mechanic friend look at the car and said the rust spot is solid and doesn't need urgent work,
and also the revs on an early morning could just be an earth from the battery/alternator
