1979 Kawai Moonsault Electric Guitar

Location: East Midlands - Boston
Swap Value: £2.000+

Description:

This is a MINT COINDITION (no marks at all) 1979 Kawai Moonsault guitar these are amongst the most iconic of all electric guitars from the late 70's - early 1980's
solid Honduras Mahogany body, with set single piece Honduras mahogany neck, Iconic headstock with Volute to the rear. Grover tuners, 22 fret fingerboard with descending moon inlays, (serial number stamped on the last fret), Multi binding to body front, and to headstock, single binding to the fingerboard and to the rear of the guitar, Bad-Ass wrap-over bridge, twin high power Japanese made split coil pickups with active electrics, three way toggle switch, Master Vol, Master tone, and master active tone controls, Mini Toggles for Coil Tap/Phase/Active and True bypass. There is no case at the moment for this guitar however I will be having a quality fitted case made for this guitar so take that into account when making offers. This is not one of those re-issue models made in the 1990's without the active electrics, nor is it one of the ones made by the American Dentist. This is a Proper set neck Kawai. there are a few re-issue models doing the circuits in the world for £2000+ there is a Single Pickup version for sale in the USA for £3000 (and it is in tatty condition with lots of replacement parts. This has been kept in unused condition and that is the way it will stay I am looking for swaps around the £3,000+ mark or will take less for cash
