e36 bmw 328. swap for diesel

I have a good condition BMW 328 from 1995 in Montreal blue. MOT until 20/2/2015, tax until 28/2/2015 (remember as of October you cannot buy a car with tax, so be quick for this), cloth interior, dual analogue air conditioning, 1alloy wheels, new windscreen, new front brake discs and pads. This car is a joy to drive but just a little expensive for my commute to work every day, it will sit silently on the motorway at anny gear. If I hadn't just added the extra miles to my commute I would keep it in a heartbeat. I'm after a vw, seat or Audi diesel with similar tax and mot.
