Xbox one, 2 pads and games

I'm wanting to swap my xbox one with kinect and games for a ps4.

It comes with two xbox one controllers and charging dock. Lego marvels, plants vs zombies and watch dogs on actual disc's.

My xbox is the titanfall edition and as such has "titanfall" as a digital download. Also has another download game, "Max the curse of the brotherhood".

I've been told that downloaded games can only play if the gamer-id it was bought on is still on the xbox. As I'm moving to ps4 I will leave my gamer id on so these can still be played.
