1997 subaru legacy gt twin turbo spares or repair

Modified 400bhp subaru legacy gt, 124000k 80000miles it's got 18 inch rs4 alloys, 4 good tyres, 10 months mot n 4 months tax, comes as standard with road legal tien suspension, has decat turbo back, air induction, aftermarket door speakers, dvd screen , 2 12 inch subs, clean import, with a few age related marks, very quick, recently blew primary turbo seals, been smoking, got a bigger turbo replacement out a type RA, the car starts and drives, but due to turbo seals oil in exhaust it still smokes, and as the turbo is bigger it needs a bellmouth decat down pipe to get it on road, it will drive but it's loud and fumes cock pit, it's needing a little tlc but won't need much, as I got 9 points now, and another car, misses said it has to go :(, will drive, best to be trailered away really, just my opinion
