Here's my 4G iPad mini with retina display in perfect condition. It is locked to EE- the fastest, most reliable network there is, and I'll even leave a new EE SIM card in it.
It currently has a matte screen protector on which makes the experience very nice with touching and no sticking.
I will throw in a flip case with it too, which has been on it since new.
