full/part service history stamped upto 54k (all but 1 from bmw) then self serviced from previous owner and myself since last one being done in may this year.

harmon kardon sound system ... sounds great
fully electric and HEATED custom factory cream leather interior (has cream seats and then full black dash carpet headlining etc unlike most which have cream everything)
carbon interior trim
home lights ... stay on for 30 seconds when you get out the car by flashing the lights
genuine staggered mv1 alloys in good condition and great tyres
sunroof
electric front and rear windows
black front kidney grilles
passenger mirror tilts when reverse for kerb view....very handy when parking.
auto dimming rear view mirror....best thing on the car imo great at night
golf tee exhaust mod so get true straight 6 noise
angel eyes (need to fit them if i dont get time will come with the car)

like every car it does have its downsides
passenger front balljoint needs doing i believe as making bit of noise
rear boot lights need resealing as split and bit dirty
oil level sensor sometimes plays up for oil light comes on for 5 seconds once start the car sometimes (annoyingly started doing this week after i did an oil change so was waiting till i do another oil change to replace as wasnt wasting £50 worth of oil to change it)
tiny scuff on the very bottom of the front bumper from previous owner catching a kerb hardly noticeable

may sound like few bits but i am just being honest so people willing to swaps dont get a wasted journey coming to view the car etc but all very small and all are very common with the e46 range.

i value my car at 2800-3000 with the spec condition and the very low miles for the age of the car, i am open to most things and will accept a cheaper car and cash my way but please be sensible with offers i dont want your £1000 car and £500

i would love to keep the car but need something more eco to run as job change means I do max of 10 miles a day so having a 3 litre isn't the best of things and the Mrs wants a new house so will also help on the outgoings having something cheaper
