Seat Leon Cupra 1.8T 20V 234 BHP

Here for swap is my much loved Seat Leon Cupra 1.8T 20V,
I really don't want to get rid of it but we've had another baby and I could do with something bigger and more appropriate.
Mechanically this car is in brilliant condition, has never let me down!
Obviously it has a few age related marks as its 12 years old but nothing noticeable. The previous owner has done the water pump and cambelt and got the clutch replaced, So all common problems sorted there. The only things I've had to do is replace the front tyres, replace c.v joints and give it a service, Its got 10 months MOT and 4 months tax, the only advisories was brake pads were wearing low so the brake pads do need doing, the warning light for them came on a couple of weeks ago but no other warning lights are present or have been.

This car has some nice modifications on it -

*19 inch BBS alloys with good tyres all round with loads of tread left
*Full stainless exhaust system
*Lowered on springs 'not slammed on its arse looks just right'
*Polybushed underneath making it very smooth and comfortable
*LED battery voltage indicator in engine bay
*Forge silicone engine piping in red to match the car
*Forge recirculating dump valve
*New pipercross air filter I replaced when serviced
*Porsche water and oil caps, last owner said these were expensive
*Turbo gauge in red LED to match the other instruments
*Cupra R front splitter in black

My car has also been remapped to 234 BHP with print out to prove it.

I have full log book with all service history dating back to the last two services, which the previous owner was an engineer and did it him self and I got it done by a relative who is a mechanic, but was both signed and millage was wrote down in service book. I also have both keys.

Im in no rush to get rid of it so please don't offer me shite, I know what my cars worth! Im interested in swapping for audi, A4? Volvo S40/V50? I like my cars fast so something still with a bit of power, car and motorbike? cash? WHY?

Please don't offer me 3 door, something of less value than mine, no vans! been offered one in the past, most certainly no death traps as my three kids will be getting in it and most importantly Please offer a car that is in as good of condition as mine.
