2002 Renault Megane Scenic 1.6. Swap 7 seater only. WHY?

2002 Renault Megane Scenic AUTO.
11 months MOT (06/07/2015)
5 1/2 months tax (end of Jan 15).
Less than 62,000 miles. Very low mileage.
All electrics work fine.
Tow bar with working electrics.
Excellent tyres all round including spare tyre.

Recently purchased for my daughter who finds it a bit small and needs a 7 seater. Has usual small marks, etc, for a car of this year (see pics) but excellent runner. Starts first time every time. Now need a 7 seater with tax and MOT. Will consider any car. MUST BE AN AUTO as my daughter only has an auto licence. One small dent on sill (pictured)
